Rev. Linda Morrison - Director

  Linda is an ordained minister who has been the NY Ministry Network Assemblies of God New York HER Director for 16 years. She and her husband have been ministering in the New York Ministry Network for 39 years. They are the proud parents of a son, Jordan (34). She has a miraculous testimony of how God can spare one child and give her an incredible purpose and plan. Her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11 NIV “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future”. She is passionate about teaching, speaking, singing, writing and leading women to a deeper walk with Christ.

Shannon Schmidt - Assistant Director

Shannon is a mother of two very talented and busy young men.  Most days she can be found on the bleachers of a wrestling tournament, cheering loudly at a baseball game, or braving the elements for a football game.  She has learned lessons through transition and focused on living in the moment during the middle years of life!  Shannon and her husband have been in ministry for over 27 years.  She has served as the assistant director for New York HER for 10 years.  One of the greatest blessings in ministry is hearing that your dedication and passion to share God's love has made a difference in someone's life. She loves the ladies of New York!  She coordinates the ministry to women in her church.  Shannon enjoys the beach, speaking, teaching, and writing when she is not watching her sons play a sport or coordinating an event.
